NUTRITION INFO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR WRESTLER BRINGS HIS FOOD ITEM WEEKLY!
1 Sweetened cereal (Fruit Loops, Captain Crunch, etc.) & 1 quart of milk 2 Munchies & 12 bottles of water (Pretzels, popcorn, low fat snacks) 3 24 bottled water 4 Granola bars (3 boxes) 5 Gatorades (3 large) 6 Bagels (2 dozen) and cream cheese (2) 7 Sandwiches-2 dozen (turkey, ham, etc). Be creative! NO MAYO OR BUTTER PLEASE! (Packets may be included.) 8 Gatorades (3 large) 9 Fresh Fruit (Bananas, grapes, apples, oranges, watermelon, kiwi) 10 Rice Crispy treats and cookies 11 Veggies and dip 12 Sandwiches-2 dozen (turkey, ham, etc.) Be creative! NO MAYO OR BUTTER PLEASE! (Packets may be included.) 13 Gallon orange juice and 24 bottles of waters 14 Finger jell-o or jell-o cups,1 loaf of bread, and a cooler with ice (We will need this early in the day.)
