PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR WRESTLER BRINGS HIS FOOD ITEM(S) WEEKLY!

1.  2 Sweetened cereals (Fruit Loops, Captain Crunch, etc) & 1/2 gallon of milk                                                                                                                                   
2.  2 Bags of munchies (pretzels, popcorn, low fat snacks, Chex-Mix etc) & 24 bottles of water

4.  3 Boxes of granola bars  NO PEANUT BUTTER PLEASE!                                                                                                                                   
5.  3 Large Gatorades or 5 medium                                                                                                                               
6.  2 Dozen bagels and 2 cream cheeses

Please note that these are only ideas on what your son may bring to the wrestling tournaments. Wrestlers and parents welcome anything made in a CROCKPOT! You are also invited to bring extra food so the parent(s) can eat too!  

Please review the Parent-Athlete pre-season checklist below. It is imperative that all items are complete. Most of this information can be found in the parent meeting package. Wrestlers may not practice or participate without a current physcial on file. Please contact the athletic office at the high school if one is needed.
